Then, a guy comes to you and asks
"Excuse me, can i take some of your time?"
You go "OK"
"We're collection money for organization (name here)"
"All we need is $5"
"If you could give that it would mean a lot to us"

For some reason that no one cares, you will NOT give money to him
What do you tell him?

I encoutered plenty of those in Greece a week ago,

Most of the times you give them money just to get rid of them coz they are really annoying..

The best though are the African (im not a racist or anything, i know most of them have to do this to live, the system leaves them no other choice) ppl that have there stuff on a sheet (to be ready to bust out when the police goes there)
